Landry has worked in marketing procurement since 2004, and other areas of marketing such as digital agencies, SEO search optimization, product, copy, & focus group testing research as well as corporate sponsorships. Having such vast diversification of industry experience allows Melvin to provide deep insights into the area of advertising as well as optimizing cost pressures to achieve scale and effectiveness.
Currently, Landry is an independent consultant supporting various clients in the advertising and indirect corporate services procurement areas.
Landry started with WVU in 2006, teaching IMC 613 - Brand Management and IMC 617 - Consumer Sales Promotions. He has taught ADV 215 prior for WVU since 2016. Additionally, Landry serves as an online adjunct faculty member in advertising and retail marketing administration with Park University.
