
Dan Wald
Dan Wald has over 35 years of ad and activation agency experience. He has worked in account management as well as in new business. He has worked within the major holding companies IPG, Publicis, WWP, as well as at independent agencies. He was a client at both Citibank and Barnes & Noble.
He has extensive experience across many major marketing categories – packaged goods, financial services, entertainment, media, insurance, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and fast food.
Wald has also worked as a review consultant helping major marketers select new agencies – a complex process with very high stakes for both agencies and clients. He has also been a Facilitator for the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and has conducted over 70 workshops on how to effectively manage agencies to Fortune 50 major marketers.
Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business. His greatest joy is mentoring students in their pursuit of fulfilling careers in the marketing industry.
Wald is the author of Author of Ad Asylum, a fictional send up of the advertising industry.
