Wendy Ridenour

Wendy Ridenour is the academic advisor for WVU College of Creative Arts and Media Online Programs. Her responsibilities include proactively advising students in the online programs and providing support from initial course enrollment to graduation.

Ridenour holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Communications from West Virginia University. Before joining the College of Creative Arts and Media, she worked at the WVU School of Dentistry in Admissions and Recruitment, guiding students on their path to becoming a dentist.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, Piper and Phoenix, reading or listening to podcasts. She also enjoys time working out at Orangetheory Fitness, hiking, and discovering new places, especially those with a beach.
