The landscape for marketing communications is constantly changing, requiring new approaches to traditional marketing practices and mastering digital mediums. Professionals need a program that is not only keeping pace, but staying ahead of the rapidly evolving field. At WVU, our world view is future-focused, and so are our programs.
In 2003, we developed the nation's first online M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications to make it easy for working marketers to advance their knowledge and careers. In 2015, we added the groundbreaking M.S. in Data Marketing Communications for professionals interested in leadership positions that require strategic, data-driven communications skills. And now we have a brand new M.S. in Digital Marketing Communications in response to the industry's need for more insight-driven storytellers.
With a flexible, 10 courses (30 credits) curriculum, the online WVU IMC program allows you to earn graduate-level education on your time, wherever life takes you. Tailor marketing communications skills to fit your needs, fill a marketing void at your company, be an expert in digital and social media, specialize in healthcare marketing and more with 25 electives+ and several specializations to choose from.
