Element451, Enrollify Podcast Network
Raleigh, NC

After 5 (almost 6) years at West Virginia University's Office of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment focusing on student recruitment, Erin is moving to a different side of higher education by joining Element451 as the Marketing Manager of the Enrollify Podcast Network. Enrollify is made possible by Element451 - the next-generation AI student engagement platform helping institutions create meaningful and personalized interactions with students.

“My time in the IMC program and at WVU as a whole gave me opportunities to build upon the importance of critically thinking through creating a marketing plan from beginning to end - and how that plan's delivery can change depending on the situation (audience, topic, type of project). There is no one set template for a marketing plan, and realizing I had the creativity in my own hands to build these things myself to make them my own was game changing in my career. My supervisor in Graduate Admissions, Shelly Quance, really challenged me to continue to grow and learn in my career - I wouldn't be here without her mentorship. I'm so excited to be able to join the Enrollify Team at Element451 and continuing making an impact in higher education.”

Tim Carrico is a proud West Virginian, growing up in Beckley. Since 2019, he has served as Communications Coordinator at Premier Health in the Dayton and Cincinnati region. In his role at the largest health system in Southwest Ohio, he is responsible for promoting and communicating the use of key services internally and externally at five major hospitals, seven emergency centers, seven urgent care facilities, and more than 90 provider offices in the system’s physician network. Last year, alone, the health system served more than 800,000 patients, and four of our five hospitals were named among America’s 100 Best Hospitals by Healthgrades.

Since starting his graduate career at WVU, he has felt more confident in climbing the proverbial career ladder. Through his experience and resume that reflects his current efforts in the WVU IMC program, he has accepted a new position within the health system as their System Foundation Communications Manager. In this new promotion, Tim will lead Premier Health's four hospital foundations' marketing communications initiatives. The foundations are responsible for raising and allocating millions of dollars to help serve patients and their families who are uninsured or underinsured. The foundations, comprised of Miami Valley Hospital Foundation; Good Samaritan-Dayton Foundation; Atrium Medical Center Foundation; and Upper Valley Medical Center Foundation, also support hospital initiatives, staff, and providing funding for new state-of-the-art equipment that benefits patients who may otherwise be forced to drive to a larger city or university medical center for advanced treatment.
