In my previous role as a civilian public affairs specialist with the West Virginia National Guard, I developed and implemented a market research survey to determine how our different target audiences use and interact with WVNG social media channels. Though we didn’t get much participation, the results helped us shape and schedule our content in a way that related to our audience while still advancing the General’s priorities. Senior leadership was impressed with what we did and how we used these results to better connect with Soldiers, Airmen, civilian support employees and military families.What is your superlative?
