Official Academic Transcripts
We highly recommend using an outside evaluation service to provide WVU
with an evaluation of your transcripts. Our service of choice is the
World Education Services (WES). The best evaluation to request is the
"WES ICAP," which costs $225 USD. This report will be emailed to WVU
with an equivalency report for determination of your grades from your
institution as compared to the USA grade point average system. See what
documentation is
required and
find out more about the service. You may also have your institution
send the transcripts directly to WVU, via post mail or electronic delivery.
This process may take a much longer amount of time. Your Official academic
transcripts would be sent directly to:
WVU Office of International Admissions
One Waterfront Place, Second Floor
PO Box 6009
Morgantown, WV 26506-6510
USA
Email:
InternationalAdmissions@mail.wvu.edu
Phone: 304-293-2121
NOTE: You can also, in the interim, upload unofficial transcripts until
the WES ICAP report is completed.
