Teaches IMC 643 Digital Video Production
Mark Fragale is an award-winning producer in college video production and has worked at Rochester Institute of Technology for the past 19 years. Previous to RIT, he worked in Los Angeles as a camera operator and director of photography in the film and television industry for over a decade.
Currently, Mark is working at RIT producing various productions and projects for the RIT SportsZone program including broadcasting live sporting events, short form videos for the university website and streaming various video projects on YouTube, Vimeo and UStream platforms. Mark owns his own production company, Chautauqua Productions, LLC. as well as producing, directing and crewing local television programming and streaming content for Spectrum Cable.
Mark graduated from Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts with a BFA degree in Visual Arts. After graduation, he moved to New York city to work in the film industry until moving to Los Angeles.
Mark has worked on numerous projects from million-dollar movies to student run video productions, bringing his television and video production expertise to each project. He values the mentorship he participates in with college students and takes great pride in preparing future generations in video production toward creating assets that are engaging, creative, accurately photographed and distributed to various audiences throughout the television and online communities.'
