Patricia Cox is a digital marketing veteran who has played an active role in the establishment of today’s digital marketing ecosystem. Utilizing a ‘strategy-first‘ point of view accompanied by Cox’s experience led her to play key executive roles in developing digital, social and CRM business units for agencies servicing major national and international brands. As an esteemed client service professional, Cox has worked in almost every facet of traditional and digital marketing - from product development to retail--and across every consumer contact channel.
Most recently, she was the global head of Automotive Marketing Solutions at LinkedIn where she worked with global auto brands and provided strategic direction for cross-industry B2C programs on the LinkedIn platform. Prior to that, Cox was the managing director of GM’s social media Agency of Record and has worked for over 25 years with automotive industry clients (B2B and B2C) in the OEM, retail, and aftermarket sectors. Working with Fortune 100 companies has provided Cox the opportunity to drive business solutions for some of the world's most recognized and iconic brands while gaining exposure to new and emerging technologies offered first to global companies.
As an entrepreneur herself and former software company CMO, Cox understands what it takes to operate and grow a business. She has worked directly with clients and their partners to drive successful change and is currently a freelance consultant in the strategic marketing and fractional CMO space.
