Digital Marketing Strategist, Speaker, and US Army Recruiting Professional

Kevin Doe Crowsyn is a digital marketing professional and US Army Master Sergeant with over 20 years of professional experience.

Since 2009, Doe Crowsyn has focused on modernizing US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC). The Commander of USAREC, Major General Johnny Davis, described Doe Crowsyn as “undoubtedly one of the organization's single most influential figures of the past decade."

Doe Crowsyn is the co-author of two Army recruiting doctrinal publications detailing virtual strategy and social media management. He has developed and implemented virtual strategy programs nationwide, including USAREC’s first-ever large-scale initiative in 2014. Recently, he developed a new virtual recruiting strategy for the 2nd Recruiting Brigade, covering 10 southeastern states plus Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Doe Crowsyn led the Orlando Medical Recruiting Company to be ranked #1 in the country in 2020 and 2021, becoming the first in US Army history to accomplish the feat for three consecutive years. He trained medical recruiting leaders across the country on how to successfully develop and implement virtual strategy and was personally commended by the US Army Surgeon General, Lieutenant General Raymond Scott Dingle.

Over the course of his 20+ year military career, Doe Crowsyn has received over 40 military medals and recognitions including three Meritorious Service Medals. He received the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for his work with the US Veterans Foundation as their Chief Marketing Officer.

In addition to his work with the US Army, Doe Crowsyn is a freelance digital marketing consultant and guest speaker. He has been selected to speak at various events, including the Social Media Strategies Summit, Military Influencer Conference, and University of Florida Alumni Leadership Conference.

Doe Crowsyn resides in the Tampa Bay region with his wife, son, and three dogs. He earned an M.A. in Mass Communication specializing in Social Media from the University of Florida. He remains active in the Gator community as the founder and president of their Association of Military Alumni. He also holds a B.A. in Management with a minor in Political Science from American Military University.
