Kevin Doe Crowsyn
Kevin Crowsyn is a seasoned digital marketing professional with experience in military, nonprofit, and private sectors. He is currently a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army and will be retiring in March of 2027 after over 25 years of service. He is also a board member of the University of Florida Association of Military Alumni and Red Star Foundation.
Since 2009, he has led modernization efforts within the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), where he’s been recognized as “one of the organization's single most influential figures of the past decade” by the USAREC Commander, Major General Johnny Davis. He co-authored two Army publications, providing guidance on virtual strategy and social media management. Additionally, he pioneered USAREC’s first large-scale virtual recruiting initiative in 2014.
During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2022), Crowsyn led the Orlando Medical Recruiting Company with an innovative approach that incorporated a strong new digital strategy. The Company became the first ever to achieve a #1 nationwide ranking for three consecutive years, and Crowsyn received a personal commendation from the U.S. Army Surgeon General, Lieutenant General Raymond Scott Dingle.
Over his career, Crowsyn has been awarded more than 40 military honors, including three Meritorious Service Medals. He was also recognized with the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for his contributions as Chief Marketing Officer with the U.S. Veterans Foundation.
He has been a speaker at events such as the Social Media Strategies Summit, Military Influencer Conference, Veterans Social Summit, and the University of Florida Alumni Leadership Conference.
He holds an M.A. in Mass Communication specializing in social media from the University of Florida, where he also serves as founder and president of the Association of Military Alumni. In 2024, he was recognized as a UF Inclusive Leadership Award honoree in the Industry Achievement category. He also holds a B.A. in Management with a minor in Political Science from American Military University.
Crowsyn resides in Tampa Bay, FL with his wife, Kyla, and their son. He and Kyla own and operate Crowsyn Creative LLC, a brand management and marketing company.
