What is your proudest marketing communications moment?
"My proudest marketing communications moment was having the opportunity to bring my IMC Capstone project to life in Summer 2022 as the leader of our early career strategy and Business Leadership Program. In 2016, I partnered with the then-leader of the program to propose a directional brand and IMC plan to drive awareness of the program with college students in Synchrony’s early years, and was a member of the initial branding project team that same year. Having taken the lead of the program in late 2021, as we re-emerged from the pandemic, I was able to lead the brand refresh — ensuring our website and various touchpoints represented both the experience of today while resonating with the evolving Gen Z audience. The outcome of my proudest moment can be found here: www.synchronyuniversity.com (Launching week of Labor Day 2022) This is a close tie to working alongside our new CHRO - WVU Alum DJ Casto - to develop his CHRO Brand and HR Communications Strategy that set the foundation for our way of engaging with each other and our 16k global employees throughout the pandemic."
