Whether you love content creation, visual art or both, the Creative Strategy Industry Focused Cohort helps you develop the skills needed to deliver great content to a variety of consumers. Get a well-rounded IMC education with an emphasis in creative strategy alongside like-minded classmates and faculty. Classes begin August 16, 2023.

CHOOSE WVU

WVU developed the first online IMC master's degree program in the country and we remain at the forefront of education in this space. The Creative Strategy specialization features courses that explore integrated marketing communications strategies for creative concepts, digital storytelling, visual info design and content marketing. While the Creative Strategy specialization is available to all IMC students, a special 20-student higher ed-focused cohort will begin in Fall 2023.

Meet David Hazelton

In addition to his role as Design Director for ProShares, David Hazelton likes to give back to the community by volunteering his time and talents to the Florida Occupational Health Conference (FOHC). This annual meeting of occupational health nurses was cancelled last year as many of the members found themselves on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. The campaign David developed for the upcoming 2021 conference celebrates the sacrifices and accomplishments of nurses over the last year, and was recognized with a “Health + Wellness Design Award” by Graphic Design USA Magazine.

The nurses are the true heroes of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am happy I can give back to them through IMC.
