Behind the Campaign: Improving Health From Within South Georgia with Jordan Roberts

Jordan Roberts, M.S. IMC 2022, recently had the opportunity to execute a successful integrated marketing communications campaign in her role as Marketing Manager at PCOM South Georgia.

“That was really exciting for me for two reasons. It was the first IMC campaign that I was involved with since graduating from the IMC program, and it was an award-winning campaign and educational advertising,” Roberts stated.

PCOM South Georgia: Improving Health From Within South Georgia

The campaign's theme was educating physicians from within South Georgia, with the messaging focus to be simple but heartfelt. The campaign was a success by focusing on reaching the right audience at the right time with the right message. The target was focused on prospective medical and graduate students.

Assets included billboards, digital ads, streaming ads and print ads. The campaign won a Gold Award from the Educational Advertising Awards, with the print ad winning Best in Show.

Marketing Manager

Stefanie is a marketing manager in the Marketing Communications Online Programs through the Reed College of Media at West Virginia University. She is an alumna of WVU's M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and has been working in marketing for over 6 years after beginning her career in the newspaper business. She's a marathon runner and she recently ran a qualifying time for the Boston Marathon.
