Fiona Green joined Amazon as Sr. Marketing Manager on the brand team for Amazon Advertising, based in New York City. In her role, she leads the team's campaign strategy to elevate Amazon Advertising's position in the advertising industry. Recently, she launched a new executive interview series to hear how industry leaders are responding to recent global events, like COVID-19. The first interview of the series featured Mark Read, the global CEO of WPP, the world's largest advertising agency.

As of February 1, 2021, Jason was hired as Manager of Marketing Operations for the Memphis Grizzlies. In this role, he will drive effective cross-functional teamwork and be the champion of collaboration and communication. The Marketing Operations Manager is instrumental in establishing and managing the marketing business processes of the organization. It will be the responsibility of this critical resource to build and manage the Business Operations Campaign Calendar, align stakeholders, create and maintain project schedules, determine interdepartmental dependencies, track progress and proactively communicate risks to stakeholders.

Andy Stofleth was promoted to Executive Director of SBP Bahamas in February 2020. SBP is a long-term disaster resilience and recovery nonprofit founded in New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina that rebuilds homes for low-to-moderate income families. Andy deployed to the Bahamas in September 2019, following Hurricane Dorian on a five day fact finding trip to document the immense need and then share that story with SBP's network of donors and supporters. As a strategic communicator, Andy quickly established key relationships on the ground that were critical for early and long-term support. Realizing he could better serve SBP and the Bahamian people by overseeing the operation from the ground, Andy transitioned out of his role as Director of Communications to lead SBP's first international operation.

Michelle Forshner was promoted to the role of Senior Manager, Digital Customer Experience, this summer! Michelle has worked with San Francisco Bay Area-based biotech company Genentech for five years, working primarily within the arm of digital marketing. After contributing CX enhancements, launching two products, managing several cross-portfolio projects for the team, and completing her MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, Michelle was promoted to Senior Manager. "Michelle consistently demonstrates strong subject matter expertise, excellence in delivery, and cross-channel leadership. She has played an instrumental role in some key portfolio-wide projects for Genentech."

Shane Carlisle was promoted to Public Relations Manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors. In his new role, Shane oversees earned media, community relations, crisis communications, media relations, and media training for the retail company. The promotion also comes at an exciting time as Academy Sports + Outdoors goes through an initial public offering.
